RFP
RFP TENNIS COURTS TO
PICKLEBALL COURTS
The City of Bluefield, on behalf of Parks and Rec, is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified firms for court repair and resurfacing services three tennis courts specified in this Request for Proposal.
Sealed bids should be clearly marked, “RFP PICKELBALL COURT REPAIR / RESURFACING / STRIPING” and must be received at the City of Bluefield City Hall by 2:00:00 p.m. (local prevailing time), Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at which time they will be publicly recorded and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Bid documents are available at City of Bluefield Offices, 200 Rogers St., Bluefield, WV 24701, phone 304-325-5707 x 4. Bid documents can also be found on-line at www.bluefieldwv.gov, by clicking on “Your Government” and “Bids and RFPs.”
All offerors shall abide by all applicable State and Federal laws. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the successful offeror(s).
