The object of the above entitled action is a Civil Summons: Wrongful Occupation to Residential Rental Property or Factory-Built Home Site. Tenant is in arrears in the payment of periodic payments or other charges related to the tenancy: Tenat owes an outstanding balance of $600 for unpaid Rent.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant. The Defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that Tina Bilikas do serve upon Keith Compton, magistrate, whose address is 120 Scott Street, Suite 103, Princeton, WV 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 16, 2024 at 1:30 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Tina Bilikas at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
