It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Charles William collins, Jr., whose last known address was 509 Johnstown Road, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, it is hereby ordered that Respondent serve upon Bradford & Gray, PLLC, Attorneys at Law, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 220 North Fayette Street, Beckley, WV 25801, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before twenty days. Additionally, should you fail to respond, you may not receive further notice of the adoption hearing. Said hearing is scheduled for Monday, January 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the chambers of the Honorable Andrew Dimlich, Circuit Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in the Raleigh County Judicial Center, located at 222 Main Street, 1st Floor, Beckley, West Virginia.
