NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or after February 1, 2024, the Shenandoah District of the Wesleyan Church, Inc., successors in interest to the Mullens Wesleyan Church, a religious organization, will enter into a deed of conveyance to sell and convey certain real estate being the Church Parsonage located at 946 Guyandotte Ave, Mullens WV 25882, and more particularly described as: Lots 27-28 Block 4 Sycamore St in Guyan City, Mullens Wyoming County West Virginia, and being the same property conveyed to the Trustees of the Mullens Wesleyan Church by deed dated October 23, 1998, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wyoming County West Virginia in Deed Book 397, at Page 576, and as further indexed on the Wyoming Co tax records in Mullens Corporate District Tax Map 6, Parcel 155 to Gary Adkins for the sum of Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00).
You are further NOTIFIED that this notice is given so all members of said Church, whom it may concern or having proper cause to object to the sale of said real estate may do so as provided in W.Va. Code §35-1-11, and unless one-fourth (¼) or more of the total members of the Church who are over the age of eighteen years in the name of two or more of them, on behalf of themselves and others similarly objecting, prior to February 1, 2024, file their petition in the Circuit Court of Wyoming County, West Virginia, setting forth their reason why such sale should not be made, then the undersigned Trustee will make, execute and deliver the deed of conveyance herein described above to the said Purchaser
