The object of the above-entitled action is to reflect the Assignment of Rights under a Deed of Trust.
And it appearing by that the identify and whereabouts of Respondent Damien Wheeler are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitioner’s attorneys W. Scott Campbell and Lakyn D. Cecil of the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 815 Quarrier Street, Suite 209, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, within twenty (20) days of entry of this Order; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondent at anytime thereafter. A copy of the Petition in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
