It is hereby ordered that Brandy Chapman serve upon Steven Russel Helton, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 222 Main St Beckley, WV 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before March 8, 2024. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.

Notice of Application

Notice is given that Custom Manufacturing Inc, has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for an additional coating for the existing powder coating operation located on 142 Brick St, Princeton, in Mercer County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 37.362365, -81.086825.

The applicant estimates the potential increase to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Total Particulate Matter PM 0.3 TPY
Condensable Particulate Matter PM-10 0.2 TPY
Chrome/Antimony HAPs 0.007 TPY

The addition to the operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of March, 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Viginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
