The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 150 Maple Street – Lot 406, Sophia, Raleigh County, West Virginia 25921 in that the above named respondents are wrongfull occupying such property as tenants.

And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Jordan Mullins & Any/All Unknown Occupants and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Jordan Mullins & Any/All Unknown Occupants do serve upon Greg Tanner, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a Hearing on January 25th, 2024 at 6:00 PM, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jordan Mullins & Any/All Unknown Occupants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
