CIRCUIT CLERK VACANCY
ANNOUNCED FOR THE
MAY 14TH, 2024 PRIMARY ELECTION
Pursuant to W. Va. Code § 3-10-6 as a result of the resignation of the former holder of the Marion County Circuit Clerk, a vacancy for the unexpired term for that Office will be placed on the May 14th, 2024 Primary Election ballot.
A candidate filing period is established pursuant to W. Va. Code § 3-5-7, and eligible candidates shall file a certificate of announcement and the statutory $ 683.02 filing fee with the Marion County Clerk during the filing period ending January 27th, 2024.
