TO: AMBER THOMPSON, MOTHER OF A MALE CHILD BORN UNTO AMBER THOMPSON ON DECEMBER 23, 2018 (JUVENILE CASE NO.: 23-JA-177-MW)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Secion 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 25th day of March, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., before the Honorable Mark E. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse Annex, Princeton, West Virginia.
