REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Real Estate Brokerage Services
The Town of Richlands (hereinafter referred to as the “Town”) and the Industrial Economic Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as the “IEDA”) require commercial real estate brokerage services to assist with a variety of needs. The IEDA works closely with the Town on economic development initiatives that sometimes require the acquisition and disposition of real estate. Typical assignments will include both on-going projects where the broker will complement the resources of the Town and/or the IEDA, as well as specific projects where the broker will report directly to the Town Manager’s Office.
One (1) original, so marked and five (5) copies of the proposal are to be returned in a sealed package marked “01-24-02 RFP Real Estate Brokerage Services”. Proposals will be accepted no later than 2:00 pm, local prevailing time, Friday, February 9, 2024. Sealed proposals should be delivered, or hand carried to Jason May, Town Manager, Town of Richlands, 200 Washington Square, Richlands, VA 24641.
Proposals must arrive that the above address on or before the date and time specified. Late proposals will not be accepted and be returned to the offeror. The proposal shall be signed by an authorized representative of the firm.
