Please take further notice that a hearing on this Petition is scheduled from MARCH 11, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. Family Court 115 Prince Street, Suite B, Beckley, West Virginia before the Hon. SUZANNE MCGRAW at which time and place you may appear and make any objection known or otherwise contest the name change.
