NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 13th day of February, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Meador Construction Co. LLC for the purpose of Conditional Use permit for a Storage Garage for equipment and building supplies on property located at 175 C & O Dam Road, Daniels, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 1006, Parcel 124.7, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by February 12th, 2024, will be considered.
