PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting on Monday, February 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following requests for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-122-24-1: Request of Chris Gill, owner, for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Dwelling, Manufactured Home or Structure (Double Wide or Larger) in a R-2 Residence District at 1101 Rogers Street Oak Hill, WV.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
