TO: All creditors of Jeffery Debalski, deceased, including those holding liens by judgment or otherwise on his real estate, or any part thereof.
In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court, of the County of Marion, made in a cause therein pending, to subject the real estate of the said Jeffrey Debalski, deceased, to the payment of his debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication, in the Grand Jury Room, on the 3rd Floor of the Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, in Fairmont, West Virginia on Monday, February 12, 2024, at 10:00 A.M., otherwise you may by law be excluded from all benefit of such real estate.
