Poling, Judge for the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in the Raleigh County Judicial Center located on the third floor at 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, on the 4th day of March, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the Court will hear said matter, at which time you may appear and defend if you so desire.
You are also further advised that in the event the scheduled hearing cannot be held or is not heard at the indicated time and date for any reason, then the hearing may be held upon any later date set by the Court without further written notice to you of its scheduling.
