ADVERTISMENT

The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) located at 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901 invites qualified architectural/engineering firms to submit a request for proposal (RFP) for the WVSOM-24-P-103 Open-End architecural/engineering services agreements for multiple projects as listed in the RFP.

Scope of Work: The mission or purpose of the projects for which an RFP is being solicited is to provide necessary architectural, engineering, and other related professional services to design and specify bid packages for construction as well as provide construction contract administration, for improvements and repairs to multiple buildings throughout the WVSOM campus.

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND TOUR is scheduled for Wednesday, 2/21/24 at 10:00 am in E-124 OCS Classroom. Vendors must arrive promptly by 10:00 am in order to participate in the pre-bid meeting and tour. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate. Please contact Sarah Skelding ([email protected]) for a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and information regarding the pre-bid meeting. All interested contractors are required to be represented at this meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Bids received from any contractor who did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be disqualified. All attendees are required to sign-in to verify their attendance. To attend the pre-bid meeting, please park in Welcome Center Lot P5. Someone will be at the Welcome Center Door to direct you to E-124 OCS Classroom.

The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine reserves the right to cancel, accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to contract in the best interest of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
