It is the object of this suit to recover damages for alleged deceptive business practices, breach of contract, and negligent installation of a Trane HVAC System in Plaintiffs’ house located in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
IT IS ORDERED that the listed known or unknown defendants may obtain a copy of the complaint at the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Raleigh County Court House, Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia and to appear in this civil action, each must file an answer with the Clerk of Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia with a copy to Plaintiff’s attorney, William D.
