Now comes the Petitioner, Truist Bank, formerly known as Branch Banking and Trust Company, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is for a declaratory judgment rescinding trustee’s sale as to the subject real estate more commonly known as: 182 Phil Pott Rd., Coal City, WV 25823.
It is ordered that Respondent, Marcus A. Ross, do serve upon Gregory A. Stout, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LPA, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
