NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS FOR ROOF
REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT
The Town of Ansted, 30 Rich Creek Road, Ansted, Fayette County, West Virginia is in the process of obtaining a contractor to provide repairs and/or replacement of the Town Hall building roof.
Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with West Virginia State Code, and applicable federal regulations meeting requirements. All parties interested in being considered for this project must submit 1 (one) copy each of (1) Letter of Interest; (2) Statement of Qualifications and Experience of staff persons who will be in charge of the project; and (3) References.
Please submit requested information to the Town of Ansted, PO Box 798, Ansted WV 25812 no later than 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project may be undertaken utilizing Federal, State, and Local Funds. All work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by the Federal Agencies and the State of West Virginia. The selected firm will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, The Americans with Disabilities Act, and other applicable regulations of the various federal agencies, including Conflict of Interest Statement and Access to Records provisions.
The Town of Ansted will afford full opportunity to disadvantaged business enterprises to submit a show of interest in response to this invitation and will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap or national origin in the contract award.
This contract will be awarded to the responsible party whose proposal is judged most competitive and determined to be the most advantageous to the Town of Ansted.
