Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of March, 2024 at 10:30 o’clock A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Necia Ann Sacks will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Necia Ann Sacks to Harper Grace Stout, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
