Needleseye Park Trails Project 2024
The City of Oak Hill in partnership with the New River Gorge Regional Development Authority is seeking qualified natural soft surface trail builders to construct 7 miles of shared-use and bike only singletrack at Needleseye Park in Oak Hill, WV. It is preferred that this work be completed by November of 2024. Deadline for submission of a quote is 3/11/2024 and there is a mandatory onsite pre-bid on 2/27/2024.
Interested parties should request an RFQ via email. The RFQ will only be available by request. All parties that request an RFQ will also receive any addendums or clarifications. No other communication with the Client or project partners is allowed at this time.
Emails requesting an RFQ must be sent to [email protected] and must include “Needleseye Trails RFQ” in the subject line. Any other attempted communication to the City of Oak Hill, New River Gorge Regional Development Authority, the Fayette Trails Coalition, or WVU in regards to this RFQ may result in rejection of quote.
