RESIDENTS – PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission for the City of Princeton, WV, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, the 4th day of March 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, West Virginia. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to consider recommending to the City Council the following addition to the code of the City of Princeton: 1381.21 VAPE SHOPS. No vape shop shall be allowed as a use in any zoning district if the vape shop is located within one-half (1/2) mile of any school, preschool, daycare, or library. Any vape shop not prohibited by this section must still comply with all existing regulations or requirements. Any interested person may appear and comment.
