Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of February, 2024 at 1:00 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Haley Ann Hensil will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Haley Ann Hensil to Halen Paul Hensil, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
