The object of the above-entitled action is to grant a legal guardianship of the infant child J.P. to Michelle Williams and Scott Williams.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Jimmy Price, Sr. cannot be located at his last known address, it is ORDERED that Jimmy Price, Sr., do serve upon Petitioner’s counsel, Holly Turkett, at 421 Fairmont Avenue, Fairmont, WV 26554, an Answer, or other defense to the civil case filed herein.
A final hearing in this matter has been scheduled for March 19, 2024 at 10:45 a.m., in front of the Honorable David R. Janes, Circuit Court of Marion County, Division II, 219 Adams Street, Fairmont, WV 26554, at which time you may be present to protect your interests.
