The purpose of this hearing is to show cause why Permit Number S300411 located near Kincaid in the District of Valley in Fayette County issued to Resilient Mining, LLC should not be suspended or revoked and associated securities forfeited by Harold Ward, Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection.
