NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE
TO: CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF BARRACKVILLE:
The town of Barrackville at its regular meeting held November 7, 2023 introduced and publicly read in its entirety for the first time the following Town Ordinance:
1.) An Ordinance to Approve and Adopt The Emergency Management Plan
Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available in the Town Clerks office at the Barrackville Town Hall, 716 Pike Street, Barrackville, West Virginia.
The Public Hearing on the proposed Ordinance will be held at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 in Council Chambers at the Barrackville Town hall, 716 Pike Street, Barrackville, West Virginia.
Any interested person may appear at the public hearing and be heard as to whether or not said proposal Ordinance shall be enacted. All objections and suggestions shall be heard and Council shall take such action as it deems necessary in the premises.
