Notice is given that application has been made to the Comptroller of the Currency Western District, 1225 17th Street, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80202 for consent to the assumption of certain assets and liabilities in connection with particular programs from: MVB Bank, Inc. of Fairmont, WV (“MVB”); By: Pathward, N.A. of Sioux Falls, SD 57108.
Pathward, N.A. will be acquiring certain prepaid card accounts in connection with account programs issued by MVB. The transaction will not result in any changes to branch offices or operations of either entity, nor is it anticipated to have a material financial impact on Pathward, N.A. or MVB.
This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c) and 12 CFR 5.
