The foregoing Amended Short Form Order to appear for an Inquest is served upon you by publication pursuant to the order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau, dated February 6, 2024, and filed in the office of the clerk of the County of Nassau at Mineola, New York.
The object of this action is to obtain judgment against the defendant for an absolute divorce, that the bonds of matrimony between the plaintiff and the defendant be forever dissolved and such other, further and different relief as may be just and proper.

ORDERED, that said notice shall be served by publication pursuant to C.P.L.R. §316 in The Dominion-Post in the city of Morgantown, state of West Virginia and Times West Virginian in the city of Fairmont, state of West Virginia at least once in each of three (3) successive weeks; and it is further
