INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL
TENNIS COURTS TO
PICKLEBALL COURTS
The City of Bluefield, on behalf of Parks and Rec, is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified firms for court repair and resurfacing at three tennis courts specified in this Request for Proposal.
Sealed bids should be clearly marked, “RFP# 24-0307 / TENNIS COURTS TO PICKLEBALL COURTS” and must be received at the City of Bluefield City Hall by 2:00:00 p.m. (local prevailing time), Thursday, March 7,2024, at which time they will be publicly recorded and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Bid documents are available at City of Bluefield Offices, 200 Rogers St., Bluefield, WV 24701, phone 304-325-5707 x 4. Bid documents can also be found at www.bluefieldwv.gov, by clicking on “Your Government” and “Bids and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).”
All offerors shall abide by all applicable State and Federal laws. The City of Bluefield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the successful offeror(s).
