Any objection to said Legal Guardianship should be served to Ashley Joseph Smith, Esquire, Funkhouser & Smith PLLC, 1708 Locust Avenue, P. O. Box 385, Fairmont, WV 26555-0385, on or before Wednesday, the 13th day of March, 2024.
A copy of the Verified Petition for the Appointment of Legal Guardian can be obtained from Belinda Beafore, Clerk, Circuit Court of Marion County, Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Suite 211, Fairmont, WV 26554. Failure to object to said Verified Petition for the Appointment of Legal Guardian may affect your custodial rights to the child named herein.
Failure to respond to this notification may waive further notification of proceedings in this matter.
