TRUSTEE SALE

In execution of a Deed of Trust dated June 10, 2011 and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Russell County, Virginia in Deed Book 1095, at page 1054, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will full authority and power to act will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate:
All of the following lots or parcels of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging, located in the Town of Tazewell in Tazewell County, Virginia, to-wit:

“All those 2 certain lots or parcels of land, with the dwelling house and other improvements thereon and the rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, known and designated as Lots Number 18 and 19 as shown on a Plat with Certificate dated June 21, 1916 of record in the Clerk’s Office of Tazewell County, Virginia in Deed Book 81, page 121, and known and designated as the Riverside Addition to the Town of North Tazewell, which Plat and Certificate were made by the North Tazewell land Corporation, a Virginia corporation.”

This property is subject to and benefited by each of the conditions, covenants, easements, exceptions, limitations, reservations, restrictions, rights of way, and other matters of record in the chain of title as the same may lawfully apply.

In front of the Main Street Entrance to the Tazewell County Courthouse located in the Town of Tazewell, Virginia.
Terms of Sale:
Cash. A Ten Percent (10%) Deposit is required from the Successful Bidder at the time of sale with the balance in full within Ten (10) Days.

The property shall be sald AS IS, WHERE IS and any and all announcements made on the day of sale shall take priority over published notices, including postponement of sale and/or withdrawal of the property from sale offer.
The Successful Bidder shall be required to sign a Memorandum Of Aggreement at the time of sale which sets forth the terms of sale. This agreement shall be available for review prior to the sale.
