Pursurant to Virginia Code Section 15.2-2006 (iii), on March 12th, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., affected persons may appear before the Bluefield, Virginia Town Council and be heard regarding the proposed vacation of approximately 200 feet (approximately .2 acre) of the southern end of Summit Street as depicted on a plat recorded in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerkâs office in Plat Book 11, Page 150.
