Notice is hereby given that the following has been appealed from the action of the City Manager in refusing to grant the following zoning permit:

Application #10,352 by Jennie Spencer to open and operate a Yoga Studio at 1 Paragon Jewell

Reason for Refusal:
Zoned Residential R-1. Zoning Board of Adjustments may authorize by special exception.

Application #10,353 by Amy Marson to open and operate a cottage bakery at 204 Oakdell Ave Bluefield, WV.

Reason for refusal:
Zoned Residential R-1. Zoning Board of Adjustments may authorize by special exception.

Application #10,354 by Tori Bowman to erect a 4 foot fence in front yard located at 516 North St.

Reason for refusal:
Code Chapter 44 Article III, sec. 44-90 Zoning Board of Adjustments may authorize by special exception.

Application #10355 by Angela Reed to operate a dog breeding business at 417 Harry St.

Reason for refusal:
Zoned Residential R-3. Zoning Board of Adjustments may authorize by special exception.

A public hearing will be held at City Hall in the Board Room, 200 Rogers St., Bluefield, WV on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 4:30 pm. If you wish to either support the application or file an objection, you may do so in writing prior to the public hearing or you may appear at the hearing.
