Notice is hereby given that REFLECTANCE ENERGY, LLC 200 GEORGE STREET, SUITE 4, BECKLEY, WV 25801 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Division of Mining and Reclamation (DMR) located at 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for an Article 3 permit for the surface disturbance of approximately 216.96 acres in order to operate a surface and high wall mining operation in the Glenalum Tunnel—Kanawha; War Eagle – Lwr—Kanawha seam of coal. The proposed operation is discharging into Unnamed Tributaries of/and McDonald Mill Creek of Clear Fork, Unnamed Tributaries of/and Little Branch, and Unnamed Tributaries of Clear Fork of the Upper Guyandotte River of Ohio River of OHIO RV and is located 2.15 miles, southeast of LYNCO in Oceana District of Wyoming County, Longitude 81 38 28 Latitude 37 39 18
