The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request on April 4, 2024, at 7pm at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.

1. Todd Pugh, on behalf of Todd’s Enviroscapes, LLC, is applying for a Conditional Use Permit at 105 10th Street for Outdoor Storage as an Accessory Use to a permitted Office Use under the conditions that the BZA finds that the proposed Conditional Use (Outdoor Storage as an Accessory Use) is equal to or less intense to the previous use which has been classified as Major Vehicle Repair (also known as Jeff’s Auto). The property is zoned Neighborhood Mixed Use and also known as Tax District 3, Map 6, Parcel 137.
