Lefler, Esq., Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 1607 Honaker Ave., Princeton, West Virginia 24740, any Answer, Counterclaim, or defense you may have to the plaintiff’s Complaint filed in this action on or before April 17, 2024. If you fail to do so, judgment, upon proper hearing, may thereafter be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Your rights as the defendant may be affected in the proceeding, and you may defend any rights by filing an Answer, Counterclaim, or defense within 20 days of March 28, 2024.
