The object of this proceeding is to obtain a judgment against Defendant, Matthew A. Lemley, in the amount of $12,110.13 as of August 30, 2022, plus post-judgment interest at the legal rate, and other relief as the Court may deem just and appropriate. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia, 219 Adams Street, Room 211, Fairmont, West Virginia 26554. You must appear and defend yourself on or before thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, by filing with the Clerk a written response to the Complaint filed against you. Also, you must mail a copy of your written response to counsel for Plaintiff, James W. Lane, Jr., Eric M. Johnson and the law firm of Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC, 200 Capitol Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301. If you do not appear and defend yourself in this case, judgment by default will be taken against you.
