The object of this suit is to obtain INFANT GUARDIANSHIP OF A MINOR:
TO THE RESPONDENTS: Joshua Stacy and Ashley Wain
It appearing by Affidavit of Out-of State or Unknown Residency filed in this action, that the whereabouts of Respondent, Joshua Stacy and Ashley Wain, is unknown, and it is hereby ordered that said Respondent Joshua Stacy and Ashley Wain, serve upon William Osborne and Ashley Hensley, whose address is 749 Gardner Rd, Princeton, WV 24740 and answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before April 22nd, 2024.
*A hearing has been set for March 19th, 2024 at 9:00 am before the Honorable Angela Walters.*
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
