This is notice that on the 9th day of April, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Debra Meadows and Agent: Freedom Homes for the purpose of a second residence on property located at 157 McKinney Hollow Road, Sophia, WV, Slab Fork District, Tax Map 3B, Parcel 29, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by April 8th, 2024, will be considered.
