Notice is hereby given that CORNERSTONE MINING, LLC, 150 COURTHOUSE ROAD, SUITE 302, PRINCETON, WV 24740 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1150 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for extension of inactive status on Permit No. S400409 located near Matoaka in Rock District of Mercer County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until April 25, 2024, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
