The object of the above entitled action is a civil summons. The Plaintiff, Passage Health International LLC, provided goods, funds or services to the Defendant, Linda Tibbs, in the amount of $8,613.82. To date the defendant, Linda Tibbs, has not repaid the goods, funds, or services provided, despite agreeing to do so.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or whereabouts of the defendant.
it is ordered that Linda Tibbs do serve upon Michael Flanigan, magistrate, whose address is 120 Scott Street, Suite 103, Princeton, wv 24740, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 25, 2021, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Linda Tibbs at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
