MERCER COUNTY
COURTHOUSE
EXTERIOR DOOR
RESTORATION PROJECT

The Mercer County Commission is accepting proposals for the restoration of eight bronze entry doors and surrounding entryway at the Mercer County Courthouse in Princeton, West Virginia.
This project is being funded by a grant from the West Virginia Courthouse Facilities Improvement Authority.

A non-mandatory Prebid Conference is scheduled for Monday, April 8, 2024 at 3:00 pm, in the office of the Mercer County Commission located on the second floor of the Mercer County Courthouse.

Sealed bids bearing the name “Courthouse Door Restoration Project” will be received by the Mercer County Commission until 3:00 pm on Friday, April 19, 2024, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids may be hand-delivered or mailed to Mercer County Commission, 1501 West Main Street, Suite 210, Princeton, WV 24740. Emailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. The Mercer County Commission reserves the right to reject any/all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the time of opening of the bids.
