NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for permits for horizontal natural gas wells at the following locations:
Elliott 2H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 553095.064 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4377476.399;
Elliott 4H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 553096.772 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4377480.638;
Elliott 6H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 553098.481 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4377484.878;
Elliott 8H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 553100.189 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4377489.117;

These wells are located in the Tributary of Dents Run Watershed, Glover Gap Quadrangle, Mannington District, Marion County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

To submit a written letter or request a copy, send to: Permit Review, Office of Oil and Gas, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, or call 304-926-0450. Emailed or written comments must reference the county, well number and operator and must be received within 30 days of the date of the last publication (expected to be 4/17/2024).
Copies of the proposed permit applications may be reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
