Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of April, 2024 at 2:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Aiden Tyler Williamson will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Aiden Tyler Williamson to Kaitlyn Juliet Williamson, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
