The City of Fairmont’s Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for the following request on May 2, 2024, at 7pm at the Public Safety Building, 500 Quincy Street, at which time interested persons may appear and be heard.

1. Rustbelt LLC is applying for a Conditional Use Permit at 200 8th Street. The conditional use request is to expand the building for office space, which is incidental to the existing non-conforming uses of Outdoor Storage and Warehousing. The property is zoned Neighborhood Mixed Use and also known as Tax District 3, Map 5, Parcel 149.
