Notice is hereby given that an application for Operator Assignment has been submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) located at 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840 for permit number(s) U401107 held by LEGACY WV PERMIT HOLDING LLC, C/O TERRI HOGUE, 601 E STREET, SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV 25303.
This application will assign PHILLIPS MANAGEMENT FIRM LLC, 1174 FROG LEVEL ROAD, WELCH, WV 24801 as an operator on the permit(s) named above.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and should be sent to the DEP at the address above. Comments received by May 16, 2024 or thirty (30) days from date publication, will be considered.
