The object of the above entitled action is to Change Name of ALICEN NICOLE RAINES to DIXIE NICOLE RAINES
ORDERED that anyone having any objections to the aforesaid name change do appear and serve upon ALICEN NICOLE RAINES petitioner, whose address is 8970 WELCH PINEVILLE ROAD WELCH, WV 24801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before June 4, 2024 otherwise the petitioner will be granted the relief prayed for in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in the City of Pineville in said County and State. Hearing may be rescheduled without further notice.
