NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE
OF REAL PROPERTY FOR
DELINQUENT TAXES

Pursuant to the Order for Sale of Real Property for Delinquent Taxes entered by the Tazewell County Circuit Court on April 15, 2024, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, on April 26, 2024 at 9:00 AM, at the County Administration Building, located at 197 Main Street, Tazewell, Virginia 24651, the following described property for payment of delinquent taxes:

All those two certain lots or parcels of land situate at Bishop in Tazewell County, Virginia, and being Lot No. 95, House No. 292 ½ and Lots No. 96, House No. 292, as the same are shown, designated and escribed on that certain plat with certificate by Pocahontas Fuel Company, Incorporated, dated the 31st day of October, 1957, known as “Map Showing Cassell Subdivision”, as described in the Tazewell County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 580, Page 708, being Tax Map Number 033A 01 0095-0096.

TERMS OF SALE: CASH – ten percent (10%) bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due thirty (30) days from the date of sale.

TERMS OF SALE: MINIMUM BID REQUIRED – a minimum starting bid of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) will be required for purchase.

The property shall be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title free and clear of all liens except 2024 real estate taxes, which shall be prorated. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Tazewell County Circuit Court.
