Julie Kincaid, the Marion County Clerk, hereby gives notice that in compliance with WV Code 3-4a-13 and WV Code 3-4a-26, the members of the Marion County Commission and the Ballot Commissioners will convene at the Marion County Election Center, the former old Bauer Lumber Building East Side, Beltline and Auburn Street, beginning Friday, April 26th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. to test the Express Vote Tabulators, voting machines; electronic poll books, epollbooks; and the Election Management System Software to be used for the Early Voting in person and Election Day for the Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 Primary Election. The test is open to representatives of the political parties, candidates, the press and the public.
