LEGAL NOTICE-BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON DECEMBER 11, 2019, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:
A. Owner/Applicant, 570 5th Street, B-2 District. Requesting the Board of Zoning Appeals to allow an 8 foot high fence to surround the paviliion portion of this area.
B. Owner/Applicant C. Matthew Jones, Tax Map 53, Parcel 100, requesting a conditional use to partition off the parcel and maintain an existing billboard on a parcel that will be approximately 32′ x 16.5′ in a B-2 District. He also requests 13.5 feet in street frontage to maintain this billboard.
